Strategic Video Workbook a hit at MM&C

It's amazing to think that every association executive that we talk with absolutely gets the fact that they need to step up their video content. Where most get stuck is figuring out where to start. Well, I think we have nicely solved that problem with an easy to follow workbook.

Every association department needs to use more video to move their respective needles in the right direction.  The key is to work in harmony with the other departments to identify video opportunities, ensure they align with association objectives and then to create an efficient production plan to populate a content calendar.
